Regulatory Activities

Cluff Lake's decommissioning licence was renewed by the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC) for a 10 year period, from August 1, 2009 until July 31, 2019.

The public will have the opportunity to submit comments on the Cluff Lake decommissioning and monitoring phase at mid-term public proceedings of the commission in mid-2015.
